Holidays
Full-time employees receive paid holidays. Non-exempt employees are compensated for working on observed holidays at their regular rate plus eight hours. Exempt employees may observe holidays on another day within the same pay period with prior approval. Part-time and on-call employees are not eligible for paid holidays.

Holidays
Full-time, non-exempt employees are eligible for paid holidays upon hire. They receive 1.5x pay for working on holidays and 8 hours of pay at their regular rate if the business is closed. Part-time, employees are not eligible for holiday pay. Employees must work the day before and after a holiday to receive the Holiday Pay rate for working on the holiday.
